Location and Features
The 3 star hotel is located in an area very close to government and commercial skyscrapers.
The hotel has 149 rooms and most have in-room laundry facilities. There is free wi-fi in the rooms.
A Mcdonalds restaurant is next door.
Shinjuku Chuo park is across the street. The Kumano Shrine is located in the park.
The nearest attraction would be the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building free observation decks. There are observation lookouts in both the South and North Tower and they are both free to access.
Walking Distances
There is a grocery store/supermarket 4 minutes away, on the way to the Hilton hotel.

The closest train station is the Nishi-Shinjuku Gochome station which is only 3 mins away.
The Tokyo Metro Government buildings are a 5 minute walk across the park.
It is a 15 to 20 minute walk to the JR Shinjuku Station and the Century Southern Hotel.
The Shinjuku Expressway Bus Terminal is 20 minutes away.
It is a 20 to 25 minute walk to Kabuchiko district.
It is also a 20 to 25 minute walk to Meiji Jingu Shrine in Yoyogi Park.

The Hilton Hotel Shuttle Bus
The Hilton Tokyo hotel is 6 minutes walk away from the Tokyu Stay hotel.Apparently, Hilton offers a free shuttle bus that goes back and forth to JR Shinjuku station. From JR Shinjuku station it can be boarded on the west side of the Station at bus stop #21.

From this hotel you can also take the Haneda Airport Limobus to and from Haneda Airport.
